Returns policy

You are welcome to return or exchange items within 30 days of dispatch. We recommend you first contact us at hello@rockpoolkids.com.au so we can assist you.

The purchased product must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, with any information booklets, and in original packaging. 

Swimwear must be tried on over underwear with the hygiene sticker intact. 

We do not cover postage for returns.

Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. We will notify you via email.

Refunds

In the unlikely even your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately at hello@rockpoolkids.com.au , and we will do our best to rectify the situation. If it is deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the item, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.

Refunds will only be offered for manufacturing faults. Wear and tear or improper use is not considered a fault. 

If the manufacturer deems your item faulty, your refund will be processed. 

Please allow processing time.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

All items are checked and cross checked before packaging.

Sunscreen

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns or exchanges on Sunscreen products unless faulty or damaged.

Posting your return

We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until confirmation that your return has been processed. Rock Pool Kids is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Credit notes

Credit notes will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item, and it meets the above criteria.

Credit notes will be issued as an online gift card, the customer will be required to pay shipping on orders using this credit note.

Online Cancellations & Order amendments 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Changes to colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing items
  • Applying discounts
  • Full order cancellations
